1. Descripción del Programa

Lola y Cheo ofrece acceso anticipado a la plataforma a un grupo limitado de participantes seleccionados. El programa beta tiene como objetivo recopilar retroalimentación real y mejorar el producto antes de su disponibilidad general. Al solicitar acceso y participar, usted acepta estos términos.

2. Elegibilidad y Acceso

El acceso al beta está sujeto a invitación y aprobación por parte de Lola Y Cheo LLC.
Lola Y Cheo LLC se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar solicitudes a su entera discreción.
El acceso puede ser revocado en cualquier momento, por cualquier razón, sin previo aviso.
No está permitido transferir, compartir ni ceder el acceso beta a terceros.

3. Naturaleza del Acceso Beta

La plataforma se encuentra en desarrollo activo y puede contener errores, funciones incompletas o comportamientos inesperados.
Las funcionalidades, la interfaz y los flujos de trabajo pueden cambiar significativamente antes del lanzamiento general.
Lola Y Cheo LLC no garantiza disponibilidad continua, exactitud de datos ni preservación de datos durante el período beta.
No debe utilizarse para actividades críticas que dependan de disponibilidad garantizada o de la integridad permanente de los datos.

4. Retroalimentación

Al participar en el programa beta, usted acepta que cualquier sugerencia, reporte de errores o retroalimentación que comparta con Lola Y Cheo LLC puede ser utilizada para mejorar el producto sin obligación de compensación. Participar activamente con comentarios es voluntario pero muy valorado.

5. Confidencialidad

El acceso beta y las funcionalidades que observe durante el programa son confidenciales. Usted acepta no divulgar detalles de funcionalidades no publicadas, diseños, flujos del producto ni información interna a terceros sin autorización previa por escrito de Lola Y Cheo LLC.

6. Sin Garantías

EL ACCESO BETA SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS. LOLA Y CHEO LLC NO GARANTIZA QUE LA PLATAFORMA ESTARÁ LIBRE DE ERRORES, INTERRUPCIONES NI PÉRDIDA DE DATOS DURANTE EL PERÍODO BETA. EL USO DEL BETA ES BAJO SU PROPIO RIESGO.

7. Privacidad y Datos

El uso de la plataforma durante el período beta está sujeto a nuestra Política de Privacidad. Los datos que ingrese durante el beta pueden ser utilizados para mejorar el servicio conforme a dicha política. Le recomendamos no ingresar información personal sensible de clientes o cuidadores durante esta fase.

8. Fin del Programa Beta

Lola Y Cheo LLC puede finalizar el programa beta o el acceso de un participante específico en cualquier momento, con o sin aviso previo. Al finalizar el beta, el acceso podrá convertirse en un plan de pago u ofrecerse bajo condiciones diferentes. Le notificaremos con anticipación razonable cuando sea posible.

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Lola Y Cheo LLC no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la incapacidad de usar la plataforma durante el período beta.

10. Modificaciones

1. Program Overview

Lola y Cheo offers early access to the platform to a limited group of selected participants. The beta program is designed to gather real-world feedback and improve the product before general availability. By requesting access and participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access to the beta is subject to invitation and approval by Lola Y Cheo LLC.
Lola Y Cheo LLC reserves the right to accept or reject requests at its sole discretion.
Access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
You may not transfer, share, or assign beta access to any third party.

3. Nature of Beta Access

The platform is under active development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.
Features, interface, and workflows may change significantly before general release.
Lola Y Cheo LLC does not guarantee continuous availability, data accuracy, or data preservation during the beta period.
It should not be used for critical activities that depend on guaranteed availability or permanent data integrity.

4. Feedback

By participating in the beta program, you agree that any suggestions, bug reports, or feedback you share with Lola Y Cheo LLC may be used to improve the product without obligation of compensation. Active participation with feedback is voluntary but greatly appreciated.

5. Confidentiality

Beta access and the features you observe during the program are confidential. You agree not to disclose details of unpublished features, designs, product flows, or internal information to third parties without prior written authorization from Lola Y Cheo LLC.

6. No Warranties

BETA ACCESS IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOLA Y CHEO LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR DATA LOSS DURING THE BETA PERIOD. USE OF THE BETA IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Privacy & Data

Use of the platform during the beta period is subject to our Privacy Policy. Data you enter during the beta may be used to improve the service in accordance with that policy. We recommend not entering sensitive personal information about clients or caregivers during this phase.

8. End of Beta Program

Lola Y Cheo LLC may end the beta program or a specific participant's access at any time, with or without prior notice. When the beta ends, access may transition to a paid plan or be offered under different terms. We will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lola Y Cheo LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform during the beta period.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email to the address provided when requesting access.
